At DVJD, we want you to shop with complete confidence, knowing you’re getting the best possible price on lab grown diamonds. If you find a comparable diamond at a lower price from another U.S. retailer  including Brilliant Earth, James Allen, Blue Nile, Jared, Kay, and Zales,  we’ll gladly match that price. Simple and straightforward.

Because we source our lab-grown diamonds directly from growers, we’re able to offer some of the most competitive pricing in the industry without compromising quality.

 

How Does Price Match Work?

Before submitting a Price Match request, here are a few important things to know:

  • Eligible Items: Price Match applies to loose lab-grown diamonds only and there is no cost to use this service.

  • Fair & Transparent Evaluation: Our DVJD Customer Care team are salaried professionals (not commission-based) — their sole goal is to ensure your request is reviewed accurately and fairly.

  • Comparing Diamonds: For a valid comparison, the diamond must match in all 4Cs:

    • Carat weight

    • Cut (including shape)

    • Color

    • Clarity

  • Legitimate Sources Only: The diamond you’re comparing must be listed on a public-facing website of a reputable U.S. retailer (not a private seller).

Price Match Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

To ensure fairness and clarity, please review the following guidelines for our Price Match program:

  1. Eligible Items

    • Price Match applies only to loose lab-grown diamonds.

    • Diamonds available in our Design Your Engagement Ring section qualify.

    • Finished jewelry and custom designs through our Truly Custom program are excluded, as we hand-select premium stones for those orders.

  2. Comparable Diamonds

    • The diamond must match in all 4Cs:  carat weight, cut (including shape), color, and clarity.

    • Our DVJD diamond consultants will make the final determination on whether two diamonds are truly comparable.

  3. Competitor Requirements

    • The competitor’s price must be publicly visible and available to all (not a private sale or individual offer).

    • Marketplace aggregator sites (such as those averaging listings from multiple sellers) do not qualify.

    • The diamond must be sold by a legitimate, certified U.S. retailer not an individual, pawn shop, auction house, or private seller.

    • The price must be listed in USD and the diamond must be in stock and available for purchase at the time of comparison.

  4. Exclusions

    • Special promotions such as rebates, bundled offers, “buy one, get one” deals, or gift-with-purchase offers are not eligible.

    • Price Match cannot be combined with other DVJD promotions, including loyalty rewards, subscriber discounts, influencer codes, affiliate offers, or limited-time coupons.

    • Requests for Price Match after purchase will not be honored; we do not issue partial refunds.

  5. Request Process

    • Customers must provide a direct link to the competitor’s diamond.

    • Requests must be submitted via email to DVJD Customer Service.

    • Verification may take up to two business days. If approved, you will receive a one-time coupon code by email to match the competitor’s price.
